Director of Ethics
Dale Walters,

Mr. Walters is a partner and CEO of
Keats, Connelly & Associates, a Phoenix-based, Fee-Only, financial
planning firm specializing in managing the complexities of accumulated
wealth and U.S./Canadian cross-border planning. Serving clients for over twenty-five
years, he has twice been named one of the top financial advisors in the U.S.
by Mutual Fund Magazine. In
2006, Consumer’s Research Council of America also named Dale one of America’s
Top Financial Planners. He is active
in the financial planning industry and was appointed by the governor of Arizona to serve on
the Arizona Family College Savings Plan Oversight Committee, where he
served as its chairperson. Dale is a
frequent speaker and author on financial planning and tax related issues.
Dale is a four-time World Heavyweight
Karate Champion and fourth degree black belt in Judo. In his free time, he teaches Judo. Dale and his wife Charlene live in Phoenix, Arizona
with their two children.

Patrick has over 32 years of experience helping clients solve
their mortgage needs including over 26 years in the Phoenix market. He works closely with
CFP's, CPA's, & Estate Planning Attorneys assisting their clients
make informed an appropriate mortgage planning decisions. Patrick also
holds the Certified Mortgage Planning designation which gives him a broad
understanding of cash flow analysis, gift, estate and capital gains tax
laws. Patrick uses his specialized knowledge to assist clients in making
more informed choices on the best mortgage planning strategies to achieve
their cash flow, debt management and wealth creation objectives. He has
been active in the local financial planning community since 1984.

In addition to holding the CLTC designation, Cynthia is a
candidate for CFP (Certified Financial Planner) Certification. After
several executive roles with full P&L responsibility, Cynthia chose
Financial Planning as her second career. Realizing the enormous exposure
that long-term care expense posed for clients, she now specializes in
finding LTC solutions that fit her clients' overall financial plans and
lifestyle choices.
Cynthia completed a BA in Accounting and is a graduate of the
College for Financial Planning. Cynthia has raised funds for the Gittlen Cancer Research
Center and served on
the board of the Humane Society.
She lives with her husband, Dean, in Prescott, Arizona.

Mary Zimmerman is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and
Registered Life Planner ™. Mary is the owner of PATH Financial
Strategies, LLC, in Chandler,
Arizona. She is one of the
founding members of the Kinder Institute of Life Planning and is the first
certified faculty member of the institute in the United States. Mary serves on
the Board of the Greater Phoenix Financial Planning Association as Director
of Public Awareness. She is a member of American Mensa and a member of the
Nazrudin Project, a global think-tank of CFP® certificants and other
professionals dedicated to the human and spiritual aspects of money.

Karen Gill Meyer is a Financial Consultant at Smith Barney in Scottsdale. She has a
BA in Math from Sweet
Briar College
where she graduated cum laude. She then went to New York University School
of Business Administration. She started her career in portfolio analysis at
Merrill Lynch in New York City
and then went into security analysis. In 1990, Karen re-entered the
securities business and started a partnership with her husband Jim. She
holds the Smith Barney designation of Wealth Planning Associate.
Karen has served on numerous community boards, primarily in the
health and cultural fields. She serves as the Social Chairman on the
Financial Planning Association of Greater Phoenix board.

training to Progressive Prosperity money groups. Todd specializes in

Jay E. Zandell provides Long Term Care consulting and marketing

Southwest. Based in Scottsdale,
Jay is dedicated to educating the public on long term care issues. He has
conducted numerous workshops throughout the region for the general public.
Additionally, Jay has taught countless hours of continuing professional
education for, insurance agents, financial advisors, attorneys, and CPA’s,
throughout the country as well as presented to several national and
regional conferences.
A passionate Long Term Care Planning advocate, Jay has been quoted
in the Arizona Business Journal and interviewed on 1510 KFNN & 1100
KFNX. His articles have appeared in the Arizona Senior Living Guide,
Indiana Senior Living Guide, the American Association of University Professors
Advocate, as well as others.
Jay, who holds a degree in Geology from the University of Kansas,
has lived in the valley of the sun since 1994. When he is not busy with
work or family, you’ll find him volunteering his time or efforts to causes
usually benefiting underprivileged or disabled children.

with a B.S. in Finance. Darin is the creator and facilitator of the Young
Financiers, a group dedicated to the next generation of financial planners
in Arizona.
Mr. Shebesta is a former treasurer of the Financial Management
Association and Business Ambassador at ASU. Darin has written several
articles for Young Money magazine, namely: "Online Investing Made
Simple," "Are Rebate Cards Right for You?" and "Online
Banks vs. Traditional Banks." Darin is very people-oriented as well as
focused on detail. He believes in the value of doing good while doing well.

Denise has served on the local chapter of the FPA since its
inception and currently serves as President of the chapter. Prior to the
FPA, she served on the Phoenix

events.
Andrea earned a B.A.
in Social Welfare and an M.B.A. from Arizona State
University. She
earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from
The Coaches Training Institute and subsequently was awarded the Master
Certified Coach title, the International Coach Federation’s highest designation.
Ms. White is a
graduate of the Tempe Leadership Program and is a frequent speaker at FPA
events and classes. When not working, Andrea enjoys hiking and golf.
