About the Speakers:
David J. Cohen, CPA is President, Tax Shareholder and a founding member of BeachFleischman PC. He was previously employed with three international CPA firms. He has been in public accounting since 1981 and his area of specialty includes tax planning and strategy, consulting, incentive compensation, and retirement planning with entrepreneurial businesses.
Mr. Cohen has written tax and real estate columns for several publications over the years and he has been quoted as a professional resource on accounting and tax issues. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Mr. Cohen is very active in a wide variety of community and civic organizations including the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, TMC HealthCare, and the Desert Angels.
Robert G. "Bob" Harbour, CPA is a Senior Advisor for BeachFleischman PC. With more than 40 years of public accounting experience in California and Arizona, he has overseen the tax and financial accounting engagements of numerous public and privately held companies. Since 2001, Bob has specialized in the real estate tax consulting area known as Cost Segregation. That work has produced significant tax savings for clients on projects located all over the United States.
