This month is November, and we will be celebrating our Platinum Chapter Partners, VIP Mortgage at our November chapter meeting.

Thank you Tim, Jeff, and team!

Every financial planner has been hearing more and more about reverse mortgages as an added quiver in the liquidity and cash flow management toolbox for several years now...the industry does seem to be coming of age.

Because we are always interested in providing quality education and professional development for our planners, much of the celebration of VIP will be done by way of sharing information about the mortgage industry and their specialty, reverse mortgages.

    Here's a start...

Thank you for registering for FPA Retreat 2016.  As an attendee, we wanted to let you know we’ve selected a new site for the gathering that also requires us to change the date.

    New Location: The Wigwam
    New Date: April 25-28

The change in location and date are based on our mission to create an inspiring atmosphere conducive to learning and sharing. As details began to emerge with the Phoenix Biltmore, the FPA Retreat 2016 Task Force and FPA staff deemed it necessary to change locations to find the perfect atmosphere for FPA Retreat 2016. As we’ve learned, the venue is crucial to creating an environment in which attendees are able to be connect, reflect and grow.

We are extremely excited about the new location, The Wigwam. The Arizona landmark and historic hotel provides many of the same benefits we experienced at last year’s event location – Château Élan – and features similar areas to connect to have meaningful conversations with colleagues. And, we’ll have the resort all to ourselves!

Also similar to the Château Élan, The Wigwam features three championship-caliber golf courses (two designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and the other by famed golf course architect Red Lawrence), Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door Spa (this location rated #1 in customer service), four pools, a 9,300 square foot outdoor plaza, seven outdoor event venues, championship tennis facility and two custom/regulation masonry Bocce Ball courts.

Please take a moment to explore the new location as this will maximize your experience at FPA Retreat 2016. We do realize the date/location change may make it difficult for you to attend and you may need to cancel – if you are unable to join us, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. But, we hope the change is early enough that you are still able to attend.

If you have any questions, please contact me or Janice Rabern.

More details will be following shortly.  We look forward to seeing you in Phoenix!

    Best regards,
