 5)  9:40 am Discussion/Brainstorm:  Using organizational capacity assessment, Vision and Mission exercise, Structural Options, and membership feedback, Where do we want our chapter to be in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years?  What are the most critical metrics to know if we are going the right way?  Does it test against the proposed Vision and Mission?  40 minutes  Darin and Marcus
