Tax Update
The first hour of the presentation will be general coverage of TJCA, how it affects individuals, and their businesses, including indexed numbers for 2019.
The second hour we will drill down to the specific changes having to do with investing, investment income, taxation thereof, investment expenses, changes to deferrals, rollover rules, conversions, changing your mind, etc.

About the Speaker:
Donald Hartman, CPA, P.C has been in the tax business for 32 years. He specializes in IRS representation having to do with collection and related issues.
Donald has had his own accounting practice since 1992.
He prepares and presents several seminars each year on a variety of topics, including Estates & Trusts, individual tax issues, and business tax issues such as the choice of business entity considerations.
His hobbies include bow hunting, rebuilding old landcruisers, and camping/offroading.
Donald says: "My financial advisor calls me a bottom feeder, and is far more risk-averse than I. When I call and ask for an opinion on a stock, more often than not, he just shakes his head."
