FPA of Greater Phoenix Board Orientation
The FPA Board Orientation is set for this Friday, April 17th,
from 7 am to 11 am. Here is planned agenda.
We are covering a huge amount of material in 4 hours.
In the interest of time, we will not be covering materials already covered in the FPA leadership trainings videos,
but will be referencing them. If you have time to view just one, the most directly relevant to the orientation is the managing legal risk video.

If you have not yet taken the board member survey, relative to our collective board experience, here is the survey link. The purpose of this survey is to help me know where to place the greatest emphasis on filling in gaps and supplying references for our team’s use post Friday, but the results will be of interest to you all as well.
We will be meeting in the offices of Versant Capital Management, thank you Erin. The folks at Arizona Community Foundation don’t come to work this early in the morning!

Public parking is in a central garage, behind the office buildings in the Esplanade. I would anticipate planning on paying for your own parking.
We are arranging for a continental breakfast spread from Paradise Bakery; bagels, fruit, assorted muffins, and yogurt. Coffee, Water and OJ. I will be adding some salmon, capers, and other protein options into the mix.
