* Travel Info for IN PERSON Courses: Melissa's team will research the most cost effective, direct route for travel, with a strong preference for Southwest Airlines (always fully refundable, generally reasonable fares with few added charges). She does book the early-bird check in option to ensure that her carry-on items stay safe at her side - this includes the laptop and presentation equipment used to professionally deliver your program.

In general, locations in the West Coast or Mountain/Central time zones require less travel time, and the potential exists for same day fly-in/fly-out.

For locations outside the Mountain Standard Time Zone (where Melissa is based) a Travel Time Offset fee will be assessed in the amount of $150 for each time zone crossed.

If overnight accommodations are required, the contracting organization will be invoiced for those costs. Other compensable charges include local travel (taxi, Uber, etc.), meals and incidentals that may be required to effectively deliver your course.

Per diem expenses are not to exceed current IRS guidelines.
