  Greater Phoenix has adopted Dynamic Governance (DG) as the primary decision making tool. DG Workshops are conducted at least annually to onboard more of our financial planning community into readiness for chapter leadership. When space limitations demand, priority is given to board members, general circle leaders, working team leaders, and active volunteers interested in their professional development through chapter leadership. They are also available as a community service to AZ non profit board members and leaders seeking to explore the DG environment
