Seaside Wealth Management, a dynamic financial planning and wealth management firm, is seeking a Lead Wealth Advisor to assist us in our mission. We are a small, yet mighty, team and our guiding light is the service to our clients. From the person at the front desk through our firms’ owner, we go out of our way to provide superior service. Position Overview 

You are one of the most experienced advisors in our firm and responsible for engaging with and maintaining our most important client relationships. You will focus primarily on providing advisory services and support to your select group of firm clients to help them plan appropriately for their future with an additional focus on expanding those relationships and obtaining referrals. Our service model is deeper than most and we are looking for an advisor that shares our philosophy and embraces the depth of client relationship that we feel is vital to our culture. 

The Reasons this Job Exists 

  1. Retain the firm’s top 95 client relationships by taking over the relationship from the Founder and providing excellent service - (70%)
  2. Close new business from firm-generated leads and referrals - (20%)
  3. Attract new clients by attending events and joining groups in the community - (10%)

Industry Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics or related experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and manage client relationships. 
  • CFP designation required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with various financial planning, CRM, portfolio management and document management software 
  • Experience working with various custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
